REX-Ludge

The REX-Ludge contactless sludge level measuring instrument was jointly developed with the Korea Environment Corporation, and contactless density measuring technology is applied.
Rex-Ludge is used to measure the height of sediments deposited in the
sewage treatment plant, filtration plant, settling basin in the waste water treatment plant, sludge thickener, power station, steel mill and solid-liquid separation tank.
The proprietary contactless measurement technology of REX-Ludge realized the innovative extension of the maintenance cycle,
by preventing sensor contamination by treated water at source,
which is the inherent problem of other types of level measuring instruments.
Rex-Ludge can be installed regardless of the settling basin shape and existence of a structure such as a scraper.
